Faculty wishing to propose a summer 2013 course with May intersession or summer travel should submit a completed proposal to the Study Abroad Office by August 15, 2012. The Study Abroad Office encourages future faculty leaders to start planning no less than 12-18 months prior to the projected departure dates.
